2020
Nuestra historia comienza en un lugar vibrante y lleno de energía: la azotea del edificio Cheong Ip 昌業大廈 en Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Era una de esas noches mágicas en las que todo parecía perfecto. Estaba disfrutando de unas bebidas con amigos, cuando, de repente, ella apareció. Desde el primer momento supe que quería conocerla.
Our story begins in a vibrant and lively place: the rooftop of the Cheong Ip 昌業大廈 building in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It was one of those magical nights when everything felt perfect. I was enjoying drinks with friends when, suddenly, she appeared. From the very first moment, I knew I wanted to meet her.

Apenas semanas después, la ciudad se sumió en una cuarentena indefinida debido a la pandemia del COVID-19. Recuerdo claramente un día en abril. Habíamos quedado para tomar un café, y justo estaba recogiendo mis últimas pertenencias de un pequeño estudio de 15 metros cuadrados, al que solía llamar ´´hogar´´, en Jervois Street donde había estado viviendo.
Just weeks later, the city was plunged into an indefinite quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I clearly remember a day in April. We had arranged to meet for coffee, and I was just packing up my last belongings from a small 15-square-meter studio, that I used to called ´´home´´ on Jervois Street where I had been living.
Ella me acompañó a recoger mis cosas, y, tras ese corto viaje, decidimos subir a la azotea de mi edificio. Allí, compartimos risas, historias y sueños durante toda la tarde. Ese fue el inicio de nuestra hermosa relación, un momento que siempre recordaremos como el verdadero comienzo de nuestra aventura juntos.
She accompanied me to pick up my things, and after that short trip, we decided to go up to the roof of my building. There, we shared laughter, stories, and dreams all night long. That was the beginning of our beautiful relationship, a moment we will always remember as the true start of our adventure together

Desde entonces, no hemos dejado de aprender el uno del otro. Seguimos disfrutando de hobbies que compartimos, viajando a nuevos lugares y superando desafíos juntos.
Since then, we haven't stopped learning from each other. We continue enjoying the hobbies we share, traveling to new places, and overcoming challenges together.
Ahora entendemos que Hong Kong no fue solo el punto de partida en un mapa, sino el lugar donde aprendimos a ser compañeros de viaje de vida.
We now understand that Hong Kong was not just a starting point on a map, but the place where we learned to be companions for life's journey.
